Linux violates 235 patents, Microsoft claims

It’s free, it’s fast and it’s reliable. Linux has had thousands, if not millions of users worldwide since it was launched. Many companies use it in their data centers too, such as IBM. People just simply love it, because it is not just faster, but safer than MacOSX and Windows.
But now, there’s a major setback for the Linux distrubutors, creators, users and fans. Microsoft claims the open-source OS has violated a total of 235 patents, and is considering taking the creators of Linux to court about this matter.
We hate to say it, and we hate to see thousands to millions of Linux users and supporters dissapointed, but Linux will be sent to it’s grave soon. Yeah, real soon, if Microsoft decides to take action against it.
So, here’s the round-up. There are two factions. There’s Linux. There’s Microsoft, with Windows. So, who will be the ultimate winner?? I guess we’ll know soon enough.
