It’s not just a proof of concept. It’s the truth. Series 60 Version 3 (Feature Pack 1) smartphones, in a matter of fact, can play Gameboy Advance ROMS. With an application called “VGBA”, Gameboy Advance games that are smaller than 16Mb can be played on your phone.
However, there’s a limitation. Most Series 60 Version 3 (Feature Pack 1) phones have only 16Mb or less RAM, which means no GTA Advance for us. But hey, look on the cheerful side. You’ve got a few hundred games, ready to play fullscreen on your smartphone.
If you have got a Series 60 Version 3 (Feature Pack 1) smartphone, and you think you’re ready for it, click here to download and read instructions on how to get it onto your smartphone. Have fun!
