I apologize for the blog’s downtime, the first ever in 6 months. This was caused by a severe error in our Webhost’s servers, causing it to be shut down for mainanence. As the blog was offline and nothing could be posted, I made an offline post while the site was down, as seen below, hence the timestamp…
Are you a Windows XP user?
Are you craving for the look of Windows Vista?
Is Windows Vista too expensive for you?
If you answered ‘Hell YES!’ to all of the questions above, we at -=}{oT~dEv1L 666=-’s HQ has the answer for you. Below are the resources you will need to get started with the transformation of your Windows XP PC to a Windows Vista look-alike:
ViStart: ViStart Aero Enhanced (418)
WindowFX: Link
Vista Transformation Pack: Link
WindowBlinds(Exclusive to -=}{oT~dEv1L 666=-’s HQ readers): Stardock WindowBlinds 6.00 Enhanced release 3.0 (904)
Are you ready for the transformation? It is a very simple process. First, extract/unzip all of the archives you downloaded. Install Vista Transformation Pack first, then reboot. After you have booted into Windows, follow th instructions in the README file contained in the WindowBlinds archive. Then, Install WindowFX. Reboot, then start ViStart.exe. Navigate to ‘Options’ and tick the box ‘Start with Windows’.
You are now armed with a Windows Vista look-alike PC! Congratulations! If you have any feedback and suggestions regarding this tutorial, kindly leave a comment to this post. Enjoy!
